Ingredients

1 lb baby carrots
2 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 -3 tablespoons water
10 spritzes zero calorie butter-flavored cooking spray
Preparation

Steam carrots until tender.
In a separate saucepan heat brown sugar mustard and water until warm and dissolved.
Drain carrots and place in bowl.
Spritz with butter spray and toss.
Pour glaze on top of carrots and toss again.
Enjoy!
