Sausage Gravy (For Biscuits & Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork sausage
    4 tablespoons flour
    2 1/2 cups milk
    3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
Preparation
    Brown sausage in pan (I use a cast iron skillet).
    Remove meat with slotted spoon, allowing some of the grease to be transferred with the meat. Drain the rest of the grease out of the pan.
    Return meat to pan over medium heat. Sprinkle flour over meat & whisk. Gradually add & whisk milk to make a roux.
    Add worchestershire & liquid smoke. Continue cooking until desired thickness.
    Serve over bisquits.
