Gram’S Secret 24 Hour Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 -8 medium red potatoes, peeled
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    3/4 cup milk
    2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 ounces sour cream
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    pepper
Preparation
    Par boil peeled potatoes for 5 minutes. Do not let potatoes get cooked all the way through, potatoes should remain firm.
    Grate potatoes into shreds with box grater.
    In a large bowl mix potatoes, milk, onion, cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Pour mixture in to a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove dish from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until top becomes golden brown.
