Grilled Italian Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Italian tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
Preparation
    Put tomatoes side by side in a baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil and with salt and pepper.
    Cook in a preheated oven of 450 F for about 50 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and skin is lightly folded.
