Fish Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    150 g fish fillets, steamed and flaked
    2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
    2 small sweet onions, chopped finely
    salt
    1 egg, beaten
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix fish, potatoes, onions and salt together in a bowl.
    Make 6 round balls from the mixture.
    Flatten the balls lightly with your palms.
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Coat cutlets with beaten egg before frying them.
    Fry the cutlets until golden brown.
    Remove and drain off excess oil using kitchen paper.
