Lemonade Sangria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) can frozen raspberry-lemonade concentrate
    1 (750 ml) bottle sweet white wine (Riesling or Gewurztraminer)
    1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed berries
    1 lemon, sliced
    2 cups chilled club soda
Preparation
    Mix concentrate and wine in a large pitcher until concentrate dissolves.
    Add in frozen berries and lemon slices; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled and ready to serve.
    Just before serving, stir in club soda.
