Sabayon - Zabaglione - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks
4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
7 tablespoons marsala wine
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and sugar together until fluffy.
Add wine gradually, continuing to beat.
Cook in top of double boiler over water until the thickness of cream, stirring constantly.
Cool, pour into parfait glasses and chill.
