Chilean Pesto (Pebre) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup fresh parsley
    1 cup fresh cilantro
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup oil-and-vinegar dressing
    1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
    Divide in half.
    Place half in a zip-loc with steak to marinate for 1 -12 hours (depending on cut of steak).
    Toss the other half with hot cooked pasta.
