Low Cal Cauliflower Theplas {Rotis} For Diabetic People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 teaspoon red chili powder
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    3 tablespoons washed and finely chopped coriander leaves
    1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
    1 garlic clove, pounded
    1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1/4 inch piece fresh ginger, pounded
    1/4 cup jawar flour
    4 medium sized cauliflower florets
    1/2 medium sized onion, finely chopped
    hot water, as required to knead the dough
Preparation
    Knead all the ingredients together to combine well using hot water as required to combine.
    Pinch off round balls of the dough.
    Dust the board with a little flour.
    Roll out even-sized theplas.
    Cook on either side of a flat-bottomed pan{tava} without adding even a drop of oil until golden brown.
    Serve hot with masala bhindi or any other vegetable of your choice and some raita.
