Cherry Tomatoes Bordelaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart cherry tomatoes
    salt & freshly ground black pepper
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon shallot, minced
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Rinse and drain tomatoes.
    Heat butter in a large skillet until hot, but do not brown. Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Cook, shaking pan, to the tomatoes cook evenly without bursting. This will take about 2 minutes.
    Add shallots and parsley and cook, still shaking pan, about 15 seconds.
