Easy Cabbage Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (16 ounce) bag baby carrots, sliced in bite-size chunks
5 stalks celery, cut in bite-size chunks
1 large onion, diced
1 lb kielbasa or 1 lb Polish sausage, sliced
1 tablespoon parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Place Cabbage in large Dutch Oven pan and barely cover with water. Place on top of stove on medium high heat.
Add rest of ingredients in order as listed.
Cook until all vegetables are just tender. Add water as needed to keep ingredients covered.
