Belgian Lukken Waffle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs
1 lb butter
2 lbs flour
1 lb brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 ounces whiskey (optional)

Preparation

Combine ingredients together in a large bowl to form a dough.
Roll into balls and place into the Lukken iron (Lukijyer) or Pizzelle iron until golden brown.
