Pappardelle With Baby Spinach, Herbs & Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces pappardelle pasta
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/3 cup ricotta cheese
    3 cups Baby Spinach
    1/4 cup fresh chives
    1/4 cup fresh parsley
    1/4 cup fresh dill
    3 tablespoons romano cheese
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Cook pasta with 1 T salt. Drain, reserve 1 c cooking liquid.
    Combine 1/2 c cooking liquid & ricotta cheese in food processor.
    Combine pasta, cheese mixture, spinach & remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss to combine. Add additional cooking liquid if needed.
