Gluten Free White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 g butter
    50 g gluten-free flour
    600 ml milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    place butter, flour and milk in a saucepan.
    using a whisk, stir over medium heat allowing sauce to thicken.
    continue until smooth and thick then bring to the boil.
    remove from heat and season.
