Easy Baked Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

3 1/2 lbs chicken
salt and pepper
poultry seasoning
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
Preparation

Mix together oil, vinegar and garlic in a covered jar and shake well.
Arrange chicken in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Pour oil and vinegar mixture over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour or until done.
