Mock Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ounces lite firm tofu, squeezed of excess liquid
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 teaspoon walnut extract
Preparation

Whiz all ingredients in a food processor.
Spread on cooled cake.
Enough to cover top of an 8X8 cake.
