Stir-Fried Garlic Frog'S Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g frog's legs, cleaned
    30 g garlic, crushed
    15 g fresh basil
    3 slices ginger
    1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
    4 tablespoons chicken stock
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    1 tablespoon rice wine
    1 teaspoon light soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 tablespoon cornflour, dissolved in water
    2 tablespoons cooking oil
Preparation
    Marinate frog legs with dark soy sauce.
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add garlic and ginger.
    Stir-fry till fragrant.
    Add frog legs.
    Stir-fry til golden brown.
    Add in basil, chicken stock, oyster sauce, rice wine, light soy sauce and sugar.
    Stir well.
    When it starts to boil, add in the cornstarch solution to thicken the gravy.
    Remove and serve.
