Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped ham
oil (for frying)
Preparation

Mix everything well.
Fry spoonfuls in hot oil, let it brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels or a wire cookie cooling rack.
