Cheese Oatcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces oatmeal, finely ground
    4 ounces self-raising flour
    4 ounces margarine
    4 ounces cheese, grated
    1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Preparation
    Rub margarine or butter into flour and oatmeal.
    Add grated cheese and salt.
    Knead dough well.
    Roll out thinly and cut into rounds, or any shape you choose.
    Bake at 320\u00b0F/160\u00b0C for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
