Pineapple Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked rice
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups crushed pineapple, well-drained
    1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
    1/2 cup whipped cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine rice, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Add pineapple; chill 1 hour.
    Add marshmallows and fold in whipped cream.
    Chill until serving time.
