Banana Soy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup soy flour
    1/2 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 cups soymilk
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/4 cup banana
    1/4 cup oats
Preparation
    Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Gradually add dry to wet making a thin batter. Fold in any optional ingredients you enjoy (like nuts or blueberries).
    Cook as usual for pancakes.
