Crock Pot Turkey Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    6 small red potatoes, quartered
    2 cups carrots, sliced
    2 lbs boneless skinless turkey thighs
    1/4 cup flour
    2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
    10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 cup chicken broth or 2/3 cup water
Preparation
    Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
    Place turkey thighs over vegetables.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey.
    Cover. Cook on high 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook 7 hours.
