Rabbit Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 rabbit, livers
    2 -3 onions, chopped
    2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 pinch thyme
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Slice livers in 1/2\" slices.
    Melt butter on medium heat.
    Saute onions, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper about 5 minutes.
    Add the liver strips, lower to a simmer, cover, and cook about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. .
