Flax Meal Honey Cinnamon Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    1 cup flax seed meal
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients.
    Mix dry ingredients. Then combine with wet.
    Let batter stand 5 minutes. Spoon into well-greased muffin cups (don't use paper liners).
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. (Store leftovers in fridge.).
