Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup brown Sugar Twin
    1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup peanut butter, chunky
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup Atkins baking mix
    1/2 cup oat flour
    2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
Preparation
    Blend sweeteners, butter and egg until smooth; add peanut butter and mix.
    Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Form into balls, and press with fork.
    Bake 375\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes or until just browned.
