Roasted Chicken And Cannellini Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    SALAD
    2 cups coarsely chopped cooked boneless skinless chicken (I use rotisserie chicken from the grocery store often)
    1 cup chopped roma tomato
    1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
    1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
    1/3 cup chopped of fresh mint
    2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, more to taste
    DRESSING
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon all purpose Greek seasoning (like Cavendars)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    To prepare salad, place salad ingredients in a large bowl, toss gently to combine.
    To prepare dressing, combine vinegar and remaining ingredients, stirring quickly with a whisk.
    Drizzle over salad, tossing gently to coat.
