Whiskey River Bbq Mini Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 cup milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 lb ground beef
    1 ounce ranch dressing mix (optional)
    Topping
    2/3 cup barbecue sauce
    French's French fried onions
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat egg and milk.
    Stir in cheese, oats, onion and ranch.
    Add beef and mix well.
    Shape into 8 small loaves and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
    Spoon BBQ sauce over loaves.
    Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-45 minute or until meat is no longer pink.
    Top with fried onions.
