Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie With Flax - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups uncooked oatmeal
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour or 1/4 cup oat flour
    2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
    1 tablespoon wheat germ
    1 1/2 cups non-fat powdered milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
    1 cup applesauce
    1 small apple, chopped
    1/4 cup raisins
Preparation
    Preheat ovne to 355\u00b0F.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spoon 6 big cookies on a non-stick baking sheet.
    Bake 18-24 minutes.
