1 fluid ounce milk
5 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 slice pineapple (spear)
Preparation

Add captain morgan parrot bay coconut rum, milk, pineapple juice in a blender.
Blend 10-15 seconds and pour into speciality glass.
Garnish with pineapple spear.
