Baby Food: Moring Glory Power Smoothies (8 Months +) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 fluid ounces water (add until you reach your desired smoothness) or 4 fluid ounces infant formula (add until you reach your desired smoothness)
3 1/2 ounces pureed fruit (or mixed blend, e.g. blueberries and spinach) or 3 1/2 ounces vegetables (or mixed blend, e.g. blueberries and spinach)
2 2 tablespoons baby cereal (or pulse some dry oats in your blender until they become powder fine) or 2 tablespoons mixed grains (or pulse some dry oats in your blender until they become powder fine)
1 teaspoon flax seed meal (finely ground flax seed)
Preparation

Start out by pouring 3 ounces of liquid into feeding container (e.g. sippy cup. This method is ideal because you don't have to worry about breaking out the blender). Add pureed fruit/veggies, oatmeal cereal and the flax seed meal. Add lid and shake well. Add more liquid if need be.
