Easy Lemon Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup water
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon dill
Preparation

melt butter over medium heat.
add flour and mix until it becomes a paste like substance.
turn heat up to medium-high.
add wine and wisk quickly
add salt, dill and lemon juice - continue wisking.
add water (you can add more water to achieve desired thickness - remember it will thicken as it cools).
