Bell Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 teaspoon vegetable oil
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup skim milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Lightly coat an 8x8 inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until brown- Serve hot.
