Spun Honey Spread (Honey Butter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (don't beat)
1 lb butter (425 grams)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, honey and cream together and heat until boiling.
Stir continually and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add butter.
Beat well with mixer.
Add vanilla and beat until smooth.
Store in refrigerator.
