Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 cup butter
    2 cups flour
    1 large egg yolk
    chocolate chips, to top
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) with hands until it forms a dough.
    Pat into bottom of a 9x13 pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0F degrees for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Cover pan with a larger bread board to keep the heat inside.
    Spread the chocolate when it has melted.
    Cool completely before cutting.
