Bisquick Buttermilk Lemon Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups Bisquick baking mix
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients with whire whisk until well blended.
    Pour by spoonfuls onto a hot griddle, greased.
    Cook until edges are lightly brown. Turn, cook until golden brown.
