Meat Loaf With Cheese Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs ground beef
    3 cups fresh bread cubes
    1 cup onion, minced
    1/2 cup green pepper, minced
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 tablespoons horseradish
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    1/4 cup evaporated milk
    1/4 cup catsup
    2 (8 ounce) packages sharp cheese slices
    1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine beef, cubes, onions, green peppers, eggs,horseradish, salt, mustard, milk, and catsup.
    Divide into 3 parts.
    Pat 1 part into loaf pan.
    Cover with 5 overlapping cheese slices.
    Spread with second part of beef.
    Cover with 6 overlapping cheese slices.
    Add remaing beef mixrure.
    Invert loaf onto jelly roll pan or foil covered cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350* for 45 min.
    Crumble 2 slices of cheese over meat loaf, bake for 5 min longer.
    Cool for 15 min before serving.
    Garnish with parsley
    Slice to serve.
