Chicago Style Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs beef roast (pre-sliced from the meat man)
    1 tablespoon fennel seed
    1 garlic clove
    3 cups beef broth
    1/2 cup green pepper, diced
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon thyme
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients in crock. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the meat is tender. Put in bread and drool! :).
