Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 lb) broiler-fryer chickens, cut in pieces
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon basil
Preparation

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine paprika, basil and garlic salt; sprinkle over chicken pieces.
In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup yogurt and soy sauce until smooth. Brush chicken pieces with yogurt mixture.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 F for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and baste with juices. Bake 20 minutes more at 350\u00b0F.
In a small bowl, stir 1 cup yogurt and flour until creamy. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with basil. Bake 3 to 5 additional minutes.
