Smoky Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 -3 tablespoons sour cream
2 ounces smoky cheese
Preparation

Melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for one minute.
Slowly stir in milk.
Cook until thick.
Stir in sour cream and smoky cheese.
Taste and adjust for salt.
When melted, serve. Don't allow the sauce to boil at this point.
