2 Minute Peanut Butter Protein Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup skim milk (or light soy or almond milk)
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    1/2 tablespoon honey
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend and enjoy!
