Shrimp Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb cooked shrimp, defrosted if frozen, roughly chopped
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup chopped onion
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend to a smooth paste. Keep chilled until ready to use.
    Serve on crackers or use as a sandwich filling.
