Coconut Wreaths - Kokoshringir - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g flour
    200 g desiccated coconut
    150 g sugar
    200 g butter, softened
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, coconut and sugar.
    Fold in the egg and butter and knead.
    Run through a cookie press, taking lengths of about 8 cm. and forming them into circles.
    Put on a baking sheet and bake at about 180\u00b0C for about 8 minutes, or until they are a light golden colour.
