Ingredients

125 g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups self-rising flour
125 g chocolate chips (i use a mix of white, milk and dark)
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and egg.
Fold in flour.
Roll mixture into balls with choc chips in the centre.
Cook 10 - 12 minutes at 180\u00b0C.
Cool on tray.
Enjoy.
