Dry Adobo Seasoning (Adobo Seco) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 -6 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons onion powder
3 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground oregano
Optional
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried citrus zest (orange, lemon, or lime)
1 teaspoon saffron
1 teaspoon achiote powder
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. You can use any or all of the optional ingredients.
Shake well and store for up to 2 months in a cool dry place.
