Obatzda - cooking recipe
Ingredients

250 g camembert cheese, ripe
75 g butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons onions, sweet, diced
20 ml hefeweizen beer
Preparation

Make sure the butter and cheese are at room temperature. Mash them together leaving some chunky bits.
Add the paprika, salt and pepper and beer. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours.
