Ingredients

1 1/4 1 1/4 lbs other white fish or 1 1/4 lbs halibut
1/2 fresh lemon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or 1 tablespoon american prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry tarragon
Preparation

After frying the fish, mix remaining ingredients together until smooth. Ladle over fish and serve.
