Lemon Crunch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix
    1 cup Rice Krispies
    1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
    If cookies need to be left overnight, it is recommended to put the cookies into an airtight container with a slice of bread to keep the cookies moist and cake-like.
