Ingredients

16 ounces ricotta cheese
2 ounces cream cheese (preferably whipped, or softened)
1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/4 - 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped toasted nuts, of choice
Preparation

Process cheeses and cream with hand mixer for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
Add splenda, cocoa, vanilla, chocolate syrup, and cinnamon.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into 6 dessert cups and garnish with nuts.
*could add 2 tablespoons peanut butter for variation.
*could make super mousse-y by whipping half the cream separately and folding it inches.
