Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs red potatoes
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    8 ounces sour cream
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup milk
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skin until tender. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients with mixer and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
