Mushroom Crust Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumb
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
    1/2 cup green onion
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Saute fresh mushrooms in butter until golden (about 10 minutes.
    Add bread crumbs and stir.
    Pat into a 9\" pie plate.
    Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into crust.
    Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
